Kimberly Rosa, Director of Conflict Solution Center-Community Mediation [CSC-CM], complied a history of the Restorative Justice Task Force (RJTF) as it expanded to become a presence throughout Santa Barbara County.  CSC-CM was a founding member of the RJTF in Santa Maria, and has served as the fiscal agent for various collaborative projects that were and are funded by grants to CSC-CM, such as the first four Restorative Justice symposiums offered in Santa Barbara County.
